Catnip Promotions Official Rules

Effective Date: July 23, 2026

1. General Terms

These rules apply to the $2,500 Catnip Draw, the First Play Awards, and the Weekly Challenge.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

These promotions are sponsored and administered by Echo AI, the operator of Catnip. They are open to eligible individuals who are at least 18 years old. Void where prohibited by law.

The Catnip Draw and the First Play Awards run from July 23 through August 24, 2026, in Pacific Time. Each Weekly Challenge runs during the dates listed on its challenge page.

2. The $2,500 Catnip Draw

To enter, create a Catnip account and submit your email address and a link to your Catnip profile using the Draw form.

Each person may submit only one valid Draw entry.

The total prize pool is $2,500 and consists of:

  • One grand prize of $1,500
  • Five prizes of $100 each
  • Fifty prizes of $10 each

Catnip will select 56 winners at random from all eligible entries. Your odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

If fewer than 1,000 eligible entries are received by the end of the promotion period, Catnip may postpone the drawing and winner announcement.

3. First Play Awards

The First Play Awards are open to new Catnip users who create and publish their first eligible Catnip post during the promotion period.

To enter, submit your email address, a link to your Catnip profile, and a link to your published Catnip post using the First Play form.

One winner in each category will receive $100:

  • Best Tap Twist
  • Best Reveal
  • Best Remix
  • Funniest Play
  • Best Tiny Story

Entries will be scored using the following criteria:

  • Playability: 40%
  • Creativity: 30%
  • Opening impact: 20%
  • Overall polish: 10%

4. Weekly Challenge

To enter a Weekly Challenge:

  1. Create and publish three eligible Catnip posts.
  2. Share all three posts from the same public social media profile.
  3. Submit your email address, a link to your Catnip profile, links to all three Catnip posts, and a link to the public social media profile used to share them using the Weekly Challenge form.

Each winner will receive $30. Catnip will select one to three winners during each challenge period.

5. Entry Requirements

All entries must be complete, accurate, and verifiable.

You must either own the submitted content or have all rights and permissions required to use it. The content must not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or organization.

Catnip may disqualify entries that are duplicated, automated, fraudulent, submitted under a false identity, plagiarized, or otherwise unverifiable.

Catnip may also disqualify or remove entries that violate these rules, the Catnip Terms of Service, applicable law, or the rules of any relevant platform.

6. Winners and Prizes

Draw results will be announced on the official Catnip Discord server. Each winner will also be contacted at the email address provided with their entry.

First Play Awards and Weekly Challenge winners will be selected by Catnip based on the applicable judging criteria and promotion requirements.

Winners may be required to confirm their eligibility and provide the information needed to receive their prize.

If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the period stated in the notification, or is found to be ineligible, Catnip may select an alternate winner.

Winners are responsible for any taxes and reporting obligations associated with their prizes.

7. General Provisions

Catnip may suspend, modify, or cancel a promotion if fraud, technical failures, abuse, or other circumstances prevent it from being conducted fairly.

Catnip’s decisions regarding eligibility, judging, verification, and administration are final.

These promotions are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple, X, TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Discord, or any other social media platform.

By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and acknowledge the Catnip Promotions Privacy Notice.
